Legal basis for processing

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • Contract performance — processing necessary to fulfill your order

  • Legal obligation — compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, security, and improving our services

  • Consent — marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have opted in

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — payment processors, shipping carriers, email platforms, and analytics providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements

  • Legal compliance — law enforcement, regulators, or courts when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights

  • Age and identity verification — third-party verification services, where required by applicable law for the sale of bladed tools

  • With your consent — for any purpose you explicitly authorize at the time of collection

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with our legal obligations. Order records — including customer identity, address, and transaction details — are retained for a minimum of 7 years to satisfy tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Marketing preferences and account data are retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.
