Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
Due to the nature of bladed tools and applicable safety regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and payment processed, except in the limited circumstances described in the 'Eligible Claims' section below.
Ineligible return reasons
The following do not qualify for a return or refund under any circumstances:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse

Selection of incorrect size, style, or model

Product has been used, sharpened, or modified in any way

Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or neglect

Dissatisfaction with weight, balance, or handle feel after use

Regulatory or import restrictions in the buyer's jurisdiction

Orders refused or delayed by customs authorities
Eligible Claims
We will consider a replacement or store credit — not a cash refund — only in the following cases:

The product arrives with a manufacturer defect (e.g., cracked handle, blade separation)

The item is damaged in transit and the damage is documented at the time of delivery

The wrong item is delivered due to a fulfillment error on our part
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be reviewed. All claims require photographic evidence of the defect or damage, the original packaging, and the shipping label.
Return shipping of approved claims
In the event a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Bladed tools must be returned in compliance with applicable carrier regulations, properly packaged with blade guards, and shipped via a trackable insured service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit. A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price will be deducted from any approved store credit.
Buyer's responsibility and legal compliance
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, possession, and use of a machete is lawful in their state, province, or country prior to ordering. We do not offer refunds on the basis that a product is restricted or prohibited in the buyer's jurisdiction. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that purchase is permitted under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of our products. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
