Products purchased from this marketplace must not be used to harm, threaten, or intimidate any person. Any order reasonably suspected to be associated with unlawful intent will be cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Oregon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oregon. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the marketplace following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in blade finish, handle colour, or dimensions may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, blades that have been used, sharpened, or modified cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or ownership of the purchased item is prohibited by law. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify legality prior to ordering. Orders placed to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded. We reserve the right to request proof of age before dispatching any order. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in cancellation of the order and a full refund.
