Shipping Policy

We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or ownership of the purchased item is prohibited by law. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify legality prior to ordering. Orders placed to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.

All orders include free shipping — no hidden fees or surprises at checkout. The cost of delivery is included in the price of every item. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Domestic: 3–5 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control. All bladed products are packaged securely in compliance with postal regulations for the safe transport of bladed goods. Items are discreetly packaged with no external branding indicating the contents.

International orders may be subject to customs inspection and local import duties. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all shipments.

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@machetesoftheworld.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
